The collection consists of papers of Kemp Mabry from 1942-1994. Includes correspondence, newspaper clippings, speeches, photographs, and ephemera. The papers reflect Mabry's interest in the YMCA, Boy Scouts of America and Bulloch County history. Also includes feature articles that Mabry wrote for the Marietta Daily Journal (1942) and the Statesboro Herald (1988-1994), some World War II memorabilia, and publications (1960-1988) as professor of Educational Psychology and Counseling at Georgia Southern College.
